Corner View - Jewellery

This topic is right up my street since I am a costume jewellery designer by trade. Most of my work is very specifically designed for my customers so I won't talk about that because it would be a busman's holiday....so instead, I'd like to show you something altogether more brilliant.

It's not often that fashion photo shoots blow my mind but I absolutely LOVE this series of "Baroque Style" photos by Andrew Yee with styling by Damian Foxe for How To Spend It magazine.

I love everything about these images...the clothes (by Balmain, Dolce & Gabbana, Lanvin, Valentino...to name a few), the dark moody colouring, the jewellery, the props.... the photo editing...the animals which came from Vauxhall City Farm

Did I mention THE JEWELLERY.... by  Amrapali, Lanvin, Tom Binns, Oscar de la Renta, Dolce & Gabbana...... ooooooohhhhh!!!

My favourite is the image at the beginning of this post because of the huge and fabulous Lanvin necklace from the "Barbara  Collection" (is it REALLY that big?!), the beautiful brocade dress by Giles, the embroidered jacket by Oscar de la Renta and of course, most importantly because of the gorgeous bunny on the girl's lap!
