I have been practising karate for just over 8 years and it's still a struggle to control the motion of my body. To control every movement with strength and speed and poise and accuracy... but for it to flow naturally, for it to be second nature - that is the struggle.
Mind to motion.

You've got motion, discipline and persistence... pretty good, I'd say.
ReplyDeleteKarate... Oh, how I love karate. I practiced when I was 18, but got side-tracked by a nasty car incident where I shatterd my left femur. Studied Japanese to make up for it, but still...

I am impressed! All of our kids do martial arts, they love it!
