All my projects seem to be cream!
I am re-knitting "Lilium" in a different colour (the same as featured in The Knitter magazine). I really like the pattern but my first attempt was too small and very unflattering and I also decided I didn't really care for the colour. I am making the new version longer, wider around the chest, making the arm holes bigger and the neckline lower by about an inch. I have enough yarn this time for some sleeves but I haven't decided yet if I am going to add them.
My ongoing project in the background is the crochet blanket for my double bed.
The lace project is a "secret" project for a friend - comissioned by her husband. I don't think she reads my blog so I should be safe. The pattern is "Dido" by the very talented Åsa Tricosa from the knitting fundraiser website for Médecins Sans Frontières. I need to have this finished by November. I am already worried that it may not be wide enough?!?
