Bordering on Complete - A Blanket in a Year

Hooray! I have finished sewing together the 625+ motifs.... now I just need to crochet the border!

I lay the whole thing on my bed again to make sure the size was still ok. The cat didn't want to move out of the way. I think he's wondering why it's taking me so long.

As you can see, the blanket is quite large and also heavy so it's actually quite difficult to maneuver now. At least I am kept warm while I'm working on it!
