Rum, Cranberry & Grapefruit Cooler

We had our first proper day of summer today. If you live in the UK then you'll know how significant this is. We've had nothing but rain, rain rain....
But today it was glorious! Sunny and HOT!
We played tennis for two hours in the morning and I burnt my face.
After having lunch outside in the garden, I decided to make an "adult slush puppy". It's a recipe from the book Ice Cream Made Easycalled "Rum, Cranberry & Grapefruit Cooler".
It's a very simple recipe with just three ingredients : white rum (I used Bacardi), cranberry juice and grapefruit juice (I used pink grapefruit). Turn on the ice cream machine, pour in the ingredients and 30 minutes later you have a tasty, icy slush.
This is refreshing, however, a word of warning... it's very STRONG. I was quite tipsy after one glass which had the equivalent of 3 shots of rum. Next time I make this I will reduce the rum content by 50%
