Vintage Crochet Pattern - Dainty Dressing Table Lace

Although I'm not the kind of girl that would have any use for a  "Dainty Dressing Table Lace", I do like this four cornered motif featured in this vintage pattern. I have no idea where the pattern came from, it's a single page cut-out from an old magazine that I found inside another vintage magazine.
Below I have written down the original instructions in British crochet terminology and then also the pattern in US terminology.
Pattern says use Arden's Crochet Cotton no.22 & a No.41/2 steel crochet hook. This converts in modern terms to 1mm steel hook and something like 10 count crochet thread.
