Filippo Berio - Product & Recipe Reviews

My OH occasionally works for Filippo Berio (IT related) and during his visit last week mentioned that I blog and do recipe and product reviews. They very kindly gave him a lovely bag of goodies and asked if I'd cook, eat and write! Of course, I wasn't going to say no and jumped at the chance!

I can't wait to try the products - I'm already familiar with the good quality olive oil but haven't really tried any of their other range.

First off I'm going to make "White Bean & Tina Salad" from the Summer Recipes booklet and then the "Best Pasta Sauce" which I'll use to make "Sicilian Style Sauce with Rigatoni" from the "Speedy Italian Suppers" booklet.
