Corner View : Indispensable

In my life, what do I find indispensable? I thought about this for quite a while.... I couldn't think of anything profound but in terms of cooking, it would definitely be "Marigold" vegetable bouillon. It's the best ready made stock that I've ever found and I use it all the time. It makes such a difference to risottos and soups.
